How to Pick Out Fabrics This is a hands on color exploration class. Learn Barb Sackel's recipe for picking out colors while exploring the quilt shop for possibilities. Focus fabric, accent colors and supporting fabrics will be discussed as well as color analysis. Quilting Designs by Machine Learn to do free motion machine quilting for any purpose – filler patterns or feather wreaths! We’ll begin with meander quilting and other free form filler patterns for which you do not need to mark your quilt. Then we’ll progress to more difficult patterns for which you’ll follow a line. We’ll also practice two methods for quilting designs like feather wreaths, one marked and one not. This is a method class – no project will be completed.
